There are a couple of sporting events I have not missed in the past five years. One is the America's Cup . More on this in 2007, where the next competition will take place in Valencia. I just hope Team New Zealand wins and the Cup goes back to Down Under. The other sporting event I like to watch takes place tomorrow in Aintree, UK. It is the Grand National. It is such a chaotic, fast and difficult race that non-experts have all the chances of making big money at betting. Any horse can win. The favourites will probably not make it half the course. It is fast and furious! This means the non-experts have it easier to bet and maybe make big money. The first step for me is to have a look at the horses list here: BBC . Then decide on a horse or horses to bet for. Or maybe...just look away and let your finger fall on a name. It may work, with this race!



Hay un par de acontecimientos deportivos que no me he perdido en los ultimos cinco anios. Uno de ellos es la Copa America de vela. Ya oireis mas de ella en el 2007, cuando la competicion tenga lugar en Valencia. Solo adelantar que todo mi apoyo estara con el Team New Zealand, para que se lleven otra vez la copa a las Antipodas. El otro evento tiene lugar maniana en Aintree, Reino Unido. Es la competicion hipica del Grand National. Es una carrera caotica, rapida y dificil. Por ese motivo, cualquier caballo puede ganar. Los favoritos, puede ser que ni lleguen a la mitad de la carrera. En resumen, los no expertos en la materia apuestan porque maniana puede ser su dia. Y entre estos me cuento, a ver si hay suerte este anio. Lo mejor es echar una ojeada a la lista de competidores en esta pagina de la BBC , donde detallan peso, edad, jockey, entrenador, breve descripcion y probabilidades. Y despues...pues a escoger caballo par la apuesta. O caballos. A veces, es mejor mirar al techo y dejar caer el dedo en la lista de nombres. Esta es la unica carrera en que este sistema funciona!
